Looks like the Spirit Doll body would be the most proportionate...also the most expensive...but it does have the "big boobs" option!

What about Dragon Doll? 11cm shoulder, and there's a large bust option for those; Mint On Card has the bodies for $235 (pre-order,and the MoC staff is in China for the rest of the week, anyway)

Helen's body was strung at a good tension right out of the box, and the posability is scads better than Astrid's was (she's my only other 60cm BJD experience), plus the resin is fairly nice. Dragon Dolls in general have huge feet, so she'd need male shoes or different feet, though.

Not that any of this is anything but pondering...
