1. "Definitely" is frequently misspelled "definately." Yeah, that's how people pronounce it, but it's wrong.

2. "Who's" != "Whose." "Who's" = "Who is" or "Who has." "Whose" is the possessive form, meaning "belonging to whom." 

Whose bringing the cupcakes? WRONG.

Whose turn is it to bring cupcakes? RIGHT.

Who's bringing the cupcakes? RIGHT.

Who's turn is it to bring cupcakes? WRONG AAAAAAARRRRRRRRGH.

[grin] It seems we have similar pet peeves. Despite being a linguist and realizing the value of descriptive linguistics, I still get annoyed with misspellings like these.
