Put ears more flush with head, gave more depth to philtrum and shape to upper lip, narrowed lower face a bit, pinched outer corners of lower lip a bit, narrowed full dorsal plane of nose a bit, dropped outer corners of eyes down a bit, narrowed top of head to more realistic proportions, erased forehead folds, narrowed width of back of head.

It might be the lighting, but this version looks less cartoonish than the previous ones. I understand the highly stylized look you're after, but the previous render seemed like he was sucking in his cheeks a bit too much. This version is a great middle ground between highly-stylized and what most dolls are made to look like. I wish I had more to say, but I'm being entranced by his gaze.
