Flower Soft?

I just discovered a new craft supply today called Flower Soft. They're three-dimensional plastic sprinkles in roughly organic shapes. From what I can tell, they seem to function as an alternative to flocking for creating foliage, fur, etc. I'm curious to see if the stuff could make passable cropped hair, but I'll have to get a closer look at some before I can make that judgment. And now to find a local store that carries this substance...
