Girl Genius. The old cliched tale of the orphaned innocent coming into her powerful, mysterious destiny, enlivened by a rich and humorous steam punk background. Read it for the story! Thanks to the Loremistress for the rec. I mean thanks to Zeo! Sorry, Zeo...

Much as I would LIKE to be the one to have recommended that one...'cause it's awesome...SailorZeo got to it first. :)

I've charged through the archives of just about all of your recommendations in the meantime, by the way. Yay, more comics to follow! (No, really, I mean it.)

Hee hee, doesn't really matter who made the rec, as long as the rec was well-received. :)

Thanks. :) I've been reading webcomics since, oh, 1997, back when Sluggy Freelance was funny. ;) I don't remember if I found Girl Genius through General Protection Fault or Kevin & Kell, though. I'm always on the lookout for new ones.
